Procedure:
Our Rental Terms & Conditions are copied below. The actual Rental Agreement Form can be downloaded here:
- Browse the rental inventory via the index located in the left column and note your selection by name and/or stock number. (Hint: Open each item with a separate browser tab. This way, you can easily review multiple items.) Email us your list and we will compile your selection into an "Online Show & Tell". A link will be sent to you, where you will find the images, dimensions, circa, and other relevant information of your selection. Click HERE to see an example.
- Call or email us with your final selection to confirm cost and availability. A quote can be provided via email.
- Print or copy your selection (images and/or pages) for distribution and review by your production colleagues.
- Contact us to reserve your final selection and schedule a time for pickup. Normally, a refundable deposit is required at time of pickup for rental or "show & tell" items. This deposit requirement may be waived under certain conditions. Please ask if this applies to your production.
- Pick up your order. You will be asked to read and sign our Rental Agreement and provide a Deposit Cheque (if required).

Rental Terms and Conditions
All rentals are based upon 1-week (5 business days) minimum. Damage deposit and rental payment due at time of pick-up.
Pick-up and drop-off is by appointment only. Please call ahead to ensure that someone will be available to receive you or your driver. Large items require an adequate number of "swampers" to ensure safe, damage-free loading (a power lift gate may also be required). Sufficient cargo tie-down devices and protective padding are required. RENTERS NOT POSSESSING ADEQUATE SHIPPING PROVISIONS WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
NO PHYSICAL MODIFICATION OF RENTED ITEMS IS PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL.
This includes, but is not limited to adding or modifying graphical treatments, "aging" or "breakdown" treatments, coloration changes, addition or removal of parts or sub-assemblies, or any other action on the part of the renter (or the renter’s agents) that results in any change to the rental item.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE MODIFICATION TO OUR RENTAL ITEMS.
Renters will be held liable for any expenses incurred for the repair, restoration, or replacement of rental items that have been damaged, modified without permission, or lost, while in the possession of the renter, or any agent thereof.
Should loss or damage occur, MOLNAR MOTION PICTURE PROPS INC. reserves the exclusive right to specify the supplier suited to replace, re-manufacture, or repair the item in question.
RENTERS WILL NOT CONDUCT ITEM REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM MOLNAR MOTION PICTURE PROPS, INC.
No product warranty is expressed or implied. Items are rented "as-is". MOLNAR MOTION PICTURE PROPS INC. will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the use or handling of rental items.
Renters are encouraged to thoroughly inspect rental items prior to accepting custody.
The renter is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any given rental item for any particular production purpose.
Changes to these terms & conditions are effective only if in writing, and signed by both MOLNAR MOTION PICTURE PROPS INC. the renter.
