Company President – Richard Molnar
Since 1985, Richard Molnar—former senior member of IATSE Local 891—has built a career as a professional Props Builder, with hands-on experience in every Prop Department role, on set and off. This deep industry knowledge informs PROPOLOGY’s commitment to supporting clients with responsiveness, insight, and precision in meeting production needs. |
About the Name
Coined by Richard Molnar in the 1980s, “PROPOLOGY” playfully redefined the role of a motion picture prop technician. Adopted in 2012 as the name for our tech-focused inventory, it merges “prop” and “technology”—a fitting reflection of our specialty.
