Rental Procedure
It is essential that your review, sign and submit our Rental Agreement prior to ordering.

Damage Deposit
A refundable deposit is required for all orders and must be submitted prior to pickup or delivery. An invoice for this amount will be sent to you after your order has been placed. This deposit may be waived under certain conditions-- please inquire if this can apply to your production.
Rental Period
You must specify your desired Rental Period when ordering
You will see this "Note to Seller" form at the bottom of the "Review and Submit Order" page (depicted below). Please enter the Pickup/Ship and Return dates there. This is the last important step in the ordering process.
Custom Rentals
Occasionally, you may find an item in our inventory that could perfectly meet your needs if not for certain details: different coloration, different control labels, the addition of lighting effects, etc. If desired, many of our rental props can be custom modified by us to meet your specific production needs rather than having to fabricate of a costly custom made prop.
