From the TV series ARROW
The documents in the folder were to appear as spanning from mid 40's, through to the mid 70's, (the cover was from the 40's). Three identical sets were produced.
The oldest pages were on top, and were progressively newer onwards. All of the document pages and covers were provided by the ARROW Art & Prop departments (respectively).

The document fastener was originally brightly electroplated, and was subsequently "gun-blued" and abraded to make it appear consistent with the rest of the document.
