Rental Agreement

Damage Deposit

A refundable deposit is required for all orders and must be submitted prior to pickup or delivery.  An invoice for this amount will be sent to you after your order has been placed.

Rental Duration and Dates

On each item listing there are fields for specifying the desired Rental Duration and Rental Dates. Please ensure that these are filled in to prevent a delay in order processing.

Shipping Costs

The Renter is responsible for all shipping fees, including any shipping insurance.

In-Person Pickup and Returns

Minimum Charge Policy

There is a minimum charge of $200 per order (before taxes).

High-resolution images are available for download. Simply right-click the expanded version of any listing photo.

Custom Rentals

Occasionally, you may find an item in our inventory that could perfectly meet your needs if not for certain details: different coloration, different control labels, the addition of lighting effects, etc. If desired, many of our rental props can be custom modified by us to meet your specific production needs rather than having to fabricate of a costly custom made prop—please inquire.
