Custom Modifications:
This unit has been modified for self-contained, simulated operation. Powered internally, via 2-AAA alkaline batteries. Unit can be easily temporarily attached to any smooth, firm, surface, via double-face self-adhesive tape.
Operation:
Unit can be user-programmed to illuminate the desired LED status indicator whenever a card is passed through the card-swipe slot—RED-Access Denied or GREEN-Access Granted. One so programmed, the unit will only illuminate the chosen LED until reprogrammed. Any plastic card will provide the required trigging of the device (no actual magnetic stripe required). 3-units are available.
