A custom manufactured movie prop. Indicator illuminates when attached cable receives 12-volts DC.
Use Cases:
Remote Alarm Notification: In commercial settings, a remote indicator light like this (often built into a wall plate) can be wired from a main security panel to a different location where an audible alarm might not be heard, providing visual confirmation of an alarm status (e.g., in a guard station or an adjacent office).
Push-to-Talk (PTT) / Alert Button: The object has a momentary push button, and similar devices with buttons are used as push-to-talk switches for communications equipment or as remote panic/call buttons in various systems.
