Description
Circa 1982
This unit is an optional peripheral for the Mitel SX-20, an analog Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) or Key System Unit (KSU) telephone system. It serves as
a large, visual busy lamp field and information display, typically used by a telephone attendant or receptionist who handles multiple incoming lines. It uses LED lights to show the real-time status of up to 12 trunks (lines) and various
system states such as "Call Park," "Waiting," "Ring Night," "Forced," and "Equip Busy".
Use Cases:
Call Monitoring: It provides visual feedback on line activity, allowing an operator to see which lines are in use, on hold, or ringing.
Remote Display: It was designed to allow the attendant's main console to be located up to 650 feet (200m).
NOTE: 2-Units available.
