• Display: It features an adjustable, 4-line by 80-character liquid crystal display (LCD) that shows the time, date, call information, and calls waiting.

• Call Handling: The console is designed for quick and accurate call processing using a combination of fixed keys and softkeys, and can manage up to 8 calls on hold simultaneously.

• Versatility: It can serve as a primary attendant console, a sub-attendant position for specific departments, or a backup answering station.

• Hotel/Motel Functions: A key feature is its ability to integrate with hotel/motel functions, allowing staff to manage guest room services like room status and automatic wake-up calls.

• Connectivity: The unit is a wired, digital device and is compatible with MITEL's legacy PABX systems, including the SX-200ML, SX-200 LIGHT, SX-200 EL/ML, 200 MX ICP, and SX-2000 systems. It also has an RS-232 port to connect an ASCII printer for logging data.

• Accessory Connections: It includes dual headset/handset jacks to facilitate training and monitoring of new operators.
