Description
Circa 1964
- The Nikon Extension Ring Model E2 was released in 1964 and is used to enable macro photography by increasing the distance between the camera lens and the film plane (or image sensor)—providing much closer focus for magnified images of small subjects.
- It provides 14mm of extension and works with Nikon F-mount cameras and lenses. It also can be used with automatic exposure/focus enabled NIKON SLR or DSLR cameras if set to full manual mode.
