Quick Programming Guide (Via Remote Control)

To program a simple message using the remote:

Enter Edit Mode: Press RUN/STOP (or ESC) to stop any currently scrolling message.

Start New Message: Press PROGRAM (or EDIT) followed by a file number (e.g., 01).

• Note: If prompted for a password, the factory default is often 000.

Type Message: Use the alphanumeric keys on the remote to type your text. Use the SPACE key for gaps and CAPS to toggle between uppercase and lowercase letters.

Add Effects (Optional):

• Color/Size: Press SIZE/COLOR to cycle through available text colors (Red, Green, Amber) and sizes.5

• Animations: Press keys like WAVE, SHOOT, or WIPE to select how the text enters or leaves the screen.

Save and Run: Press ENTER or RUN to finish. If asked to save, press Y or ENTER again to begin displaying the message.

Connectivity:

Includes an RS-232 serial port on the end cap, allowing it to be programmed via a PC as well as the remote (Pro-Lite TruColor Software required—not included).
