Video Head Cleaning Swabs

Circa Early 1970's to early 2000's

Use of Video Cleaning Swabs:

1. Preparation: Place the video head at the center of the tape guide unit.
2. Immobilize Disk: Hold the disk plate with your finger to prevent rotation.
3. Cleaning: Rub the video head horizontally and softly with the video cleaning swab moistened with video head cleaner (isopropyl alcohol).
4. Repeat: Perform the same cleaning procedure for the other video head. 

Caution:

1. Do not rub vertically on the video head, as this can cause damage.
2. Do not attempt to clean all at once. If the head is particularly difficult to clean, continue rubbing softly.
