- Nikon TC-200 2X is designed for Nikon F-mount SLR cameras and works specifically with Nikon AI (Automatic Indexing) type manual focus lenses, particularly those with focal lengths up to 200mm, or including the 500mm mirror lens.
- It can be used with all Nikon F-mount SLR cameras (film-based and DSLRs), but with this teleconverter, the lens combination will function as a manual focus system.
